Openmind™ is a personal insight and development service provided by Truthsayers Ltd (“Truthsayers”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

Truthsayers Ltd develops and delivers Openmind™ as a proprietary assessment and coaching framework designed to enhance self-awareness through the analysis of both implicit (non-conscious) and explicit (conscious) attitudes.

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, references to “Openmind™”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Truthsayers and its authorised representatives, including certified Openmind™ practitioners.

1. Overview of the Guarantee

The Openmind™ Satisfaction or Money-Back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is designed to provide confidence in the value and effectiveness of the Openmind™ assessment and associated services.

We stand behind the quality and intent of Openmind™ as a tool to increase self-awareness and support personal and professional development. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have purchased Openmind™ directly from an authorised Openmind provider or platform.

  • You must have completed the full Openmind™ assessment process, including:

    • Submission of all required responses

    • Completion of both implicit and explicit components

  • You must have received your Openmind™ report and (where applicable) attended a debrief session with a practitioner

  • You must submit your refund request within 14 calendar days of receiving your report or completing your debrief (whichever is later)

3. Definition of “Satisfaction”

Satisfaction under this Guarantee refers to whether:

  • The Openmind™ experience provided meaningful insight into your personality, behaviours, or attitudes, and

  • The process met reasonable expectations of clarity, professionalism, and usefulness

Openmind™ is explicitly designed as a self-awareness tool, not a diagnostic or prescriptive solution  . Therefore:

  • Dissatisfaction based solely on disagreement with results does not automatically qualify for a refund

  • The Guarantee is focused on the quality and usefulness of the experience, not on achieving specific life outcomes

4. Refund Conditions

A refund will be issued where:

  • The service is deemed not to have delivered reasonable value or insight, or

  • The experience falls materially short of expected standards

Refunds will not be issued where:

  • The assessment was not fully completed

  • The participant did not engage with the process in good faith

  • The dissatisfaction arises from:

    • Misinterpretation of results

    • Lack of alignment with personal expectations

    • External factors unrelated to Openmind™

  • The request is submitted outside the stated timeframe

5. Practitioner-Delivered Services

Where Openmind™ is delivered via a certified practitioner:

  • The Guarantee applies to the overall Openmind™ experience, including the debrief

  • However, it does not cover subjective preferences relating to:

    • Coaching style

    • Personality fit with the practitioner

  • If dissatisfaction relates specifically to the practitioner interaction, Truthsayers reserves the right to:

    • Offer a second debrief with an alternative practitioner, instead of a refund

6. Nature of the Product

By purchasing Openmind™, you acknowledge:

  • The assessment is intended for personal insight and reflection, not diagnosis, treatment, or prediction

  • Results are based on a combination of:

    • Implicit (non-conscious) responses

    • Explicit (conscious) responses

  • The interpretation of results involves subjective reflection and coaching context

As such, outcomes may vary between individuals.

7. Non-Reliance Clause

You agree that:

  • Any decisions made following the Openmind™ assessment are your responsibility

  • Openmind™ does not guarantee:

    • Career success

    • Financial outcomes

    • Psychological transformation

  • The Guarantee applies only to the service experience, not to downstream results

8. Request Process

To request a refund under this Guarantee:

  1. Submit a written request via the official Openmind™ contact channel

  2. Include:

    • Your name and purchase details

    • Date of assessment and/or debrief

    • A brief explanation of your dissatisfaction

  3. Requests will be reviewed within 5 working days

Truthsayers may request additional feedback to improve the service before issuing a final decision.

9. Resolution Options

At Truthsayers’ discretion, resolution may include:

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • A repeat assessment or debrief session

  • A supplementary coaching session

The aim is always to deliver a fair and reasonable outcome.

10. Abuse of Guarantee

The Guarantee is provided in good faith. Openmind™ reserves the right to refuse refunds where:

  • There is evidence of misuse or repeated claims

  • The request is deemed unreasonable or fraudulent

  • The service has clearly been delivered as described

11. Legal Position

This Guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your legal rights where such limitation is not permitted by law.
