Questions about taking Openmind™ Psychometric Assessments

  • Openmind™ is a personality and self-awareness assessment that goes beyond traditional questionnaires. It measures both what you consciously think about yourself (the 5%) and how you subconsciously feel (the other 95%), giving you a full picture of your personality, emotions, and drivers. After you complete the assessment, a Certified Openmind™ Practitioner will debrief you so that you get the most from the assessment and guide you forward.

  • Most personality tools ask you to describe yourself consciously, what you believe or choose to say. Openmind™ also uses advanced neurotechnology to measure your automatic subconscious responses, which reveals how you really feel beneath the surface.
