Your Certified Openmind™ Practitioner Accreditation: What to Expect

Welcome. You are about to begin your Certified Openmind™ Practitioner Accreditation. Below, we lay out the accreditation process, what to expect, and rough timescales for your planning.

The purpose of the Certified Openmind™ Practitioner Accreditation process is to ensure that individuals who practice Openmind™ are competent, ethical, and effective in interpreting and applying the results. It is not just a training step; it is a quality assurance and trust mechanism for the entire ecosystem around the assessment.

The Openmind™ Practitioner Accreditation does not set out to accredit practitioners as coaches.

Accreditation Fee: £995 £350 (+VAT) until July 2026

  • You’ll begin your accreditation process by familiarizing yourself with the Openmind assessment, based on the award-winning Truthsayers Neurotech IRT (Implicit Reaction Time) technology.

Web-based resources, a sample report, and Q&As are provided.

    Expected timeframe: 1 week (15-30mins/day)

  • You’ll be provided with video-based learning resources which will guide you through how to interpret and debrief clients with the Openmind Report. The ‘dimensions’ of the report are covered by module.

    1. Understanding an Openmind Report module.

    2. Openness to Experience Module.

    3. Conscientiousness Module

    4. Extraversion Module

    5. Agreeableness Module

    6. Neuro-Balance Module

    Expected timeframe: 6 days (10mins/day)

  • You’ll then take a 20-question assessment to test your knowledge about the preceding modules in the Learning Phase.

During this phase, consider which ‘friendly client’ you will invite to your first Openmind Assessment.

    Expected timeframe: 1 day (20-30mins)

  • You will then be assigned a mentor and provided access to the Openmind Portal, along with a Report Credit to use with your ‘friendly client’.

Your mentor will guide you through a review of your client report, answer any questions.

After you have debriefed your client, you will review the debrief process with your mentor to answer any further questions.

  • Nice work! You’ll then be accredited, and be provided with your certificates.

You’ll also be invited to provide your headshot and bio for showcasing on the Openmind website.
